The Removal Tool
Simply position the needle removal tool above the needle, firmly grip the tool and pull the trigger. The pusher rod inside the tool will extract needles from the board. The removal tool comes with two different pusher rods. The "V" rod pushes on the point of the needle. The "V" rod allows for the fastest extraction, however the removed needles cannot be reused. The "Standard" pusher rod pushes on the needle above the blade section and ejects the needle out of the board. The "Standard" rod is designed to push on the intermediate blade section, so as not to damage the point section of the needle. As a result, the removed needles can be reused. The opening on the side of the removal tool allows for quick positioning of the tool and faster needle removal.
